"I regret ever doing business with this branch. I have been a customer with them going on 4 years and recently added 2 vehicles. They quoted me a price and I never got the price they offered. They claim they sent out beacons for the cars and I and I never received. I had to overpay for 2 months asked about getting a cheaper price and they told me that was not available. I called into customer service and they gave me a better price, sent out a beacon, and they also showed there was no beacon being sent. The office manager Irma Walker was not willing to help and lied about sending me a beacon and changing my price. She didn’t have any empathy for the situation and was clear display lack of accountability."

"I posted a review 2 years ago that acknowledged Erma. I spoke on her commitment to customers needs and concerns. She did a great job. 2 YEARS AGO! Today ALL things have changed. Service is HORRIBLE. She does not return calls, she says she will work on your concerns but NEVER call you back. I don't know if she's sick , overworked or just fed up with her job but WHAT does that have to do with me. I'm still paying my bill on time. I'm still driving safe. I'm still not filing claims to keep down cost. I'm still a Loyal Mvp Client. The agent is unreachable and so is "the corporate" office. If James Banks and State Farm don't care about their faithful, loyal long timers. Please be aware that they don't care about you NEWBIES either. THIS OFFICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT THIS TIME. Perhaps it's time to be retrained !!!"

"I seem to mostly encounter Leonora and she isn’t the best person to speak to. She sent me an email with all caps and exclamation marks, I told her I will not be yelled at and she advised “nobody is yelling”. She was very rude in the email. I am a customer who was trying to resolve an issue, I never was rude. And I won’t tolerate rude people."

The Owner Mr Banks is a busy man but is always a pleasant person to encounter whenever I'm able to catch him in passing. Nevertheless, the real MVPs are the staff members! My go to person is Ms.Erma W.! She is always swift and professional with assisting me in anything that I call or have to come by the office for. She displays a motherly warmth that makes me as a simple customer, feel like a family member. She is always punctual with sending emails as well as returning voicemails within the same business day, which is very hard to come by in the insurance industry. I've been doing business with this Banks Branch for years , and don't plan on going anywhere else but here for my insurance needs! 🏆"
